Why do I need to login to GP as 'sa' to run Mekorma Table Maintenance?

If are are not logged into GP as 'sa' and attempt to run the Mekorma Table Maintenance routine, you will receive the message:  "You must be a system administrator to open this window." Note: This applies to DYNSA. You must be logged in as 'sa' as this is the SQL administrator, whereas DYNSA (GP system administrator) and other users of the system do not have SQL admin privileges in GP.
