Receiving an "unable to start page" error.
Try the following steps:
- Set the printer to share. To do this, right-click on the printer and select the Sharing option.
- Change to a native PCL printer driver. To do this, right-click on the printer and select Properties and click the Advanced tab. There should be an option there to Add a Driver.
- Reboot the Workstation.
- Cycle the printer on and off.
