Receiving an "unable to start page" error.

Try the following steps:

  1. Set the printer to share. To do this, right-click on the printer and select the Sharing option.
  2. Change to a native PCL printer driver. To do this, right-click on the printer and select Properties and click the Advanced tab. There should be an option there to Add a Driver.
  3. Reboot the Workstation.
  4. Cycle the printer on and off.
